Our Farmers

Some of our delicious meat is sourced from the West Country* (where possible), we also source seasonal Saltmarsh lamb. As a result the meat we supply is only the best quality, from farms and suppliers we trust.

Read on to find out more about some of the farms where we source our meat.

Creedy Carver

Some of our free range chicken comes from the Creedy Carver, located in Devon. The chickens are reared to the highest welfare standards, roaming large grassy areas with trees for shade to encourage the chickens to range.

An exceptional flavour and high meat yield is created through using a conventional breed combined with a low energy feed.

Castlemead Poultry

We also source our delicious, free range chicken from Stuart Perkins at Castlemead Poultry.

Free to explore the fields surrounding their houses and fed locally grown and milled cereals, the chickens have excellent welfare standards. At Castlemead, the chickens are allowed to grow in their own time, ensuring succulent and rich meat every time. They are also processed onsite for that farm to fork taste.
